The mission of the Art Shack is that it will serve as a space to inspire our community to come together and explore their creative side. We invite and welcome everyone to come create and get messy!

The kid’s art classes will be limited in size to ensure one on one instruction. Classes will be offered for different age groups, and projects will be age appropriate. Classes will be offered in 6-week sessions.

Camps will be offered during school/holiday breaks, and over summer. The camps will be half day camps, broken into age groups with age-appropriate art projects and themes.

The Art Shack will also offer an Art Club for kids age 10 and over. This club will meet once per week and would incorporate books, movies, and music along with art. The purpose of the club will be to offer a positive, safe place for tweens and young teens to come together to socialize without the pressure of school and sports. The club will have a weekly drop-in fee, and discounted punch cards will be available.

These would be special ticketed events throughout the year. Theme events could include holidays (Christmas or Halloween for example), characters (American Girl or Harry Potter for example). Theme events will include a décor, projects, and snacks aligned with the theme.

Did someone say Birthdays? We sure love them at The Art Shack!  We offer birthday parties for children with age-appropriate art project(s), and birthday décor. We can even provide  gift bags (optional) and we always  include time for opening presents and eating cake!

Parents Night Out: Looking for an alternative to hiring a babysitter? A few times per year, The Art Shack will offer an evening that will include dinner, snacks, art projects, games and a movie for your little ones. Ask about our upcoming events and check the details for dates, times and pick-up times for your little parenting hiatus!
